Our research focuses on using atomically-detailed modeling methods to develop fundamental information that can accelerate the development of new material in real-world engineering applications. Much of this work is directed towards environmentally and economically sustainable paths for generating and storing energy.

Experimental research groups tote their experimental apparatuses, avaiable lab space, and shared resources. Computational groups are no different. We utilize a variety of licensed and open source software packages for some of our simulations. .
